Advertised prices, taxes and billing currency

Catalogue prices are advertised starting prices in euros (EUR) unless the offer says otherwise. Read the plan conditions and written quote for the exact configuration, commitment, one-time charges and tax treatment. A displayed monthly figure may be part of a longer commitment.

Check before accepting

  • The quoted currency and billing interval, especially if your client account uses another currency.
  • Whether taxes are additional and whether your billing details are complete and accurate.
  • Any setup, licence, backup, storage, IP or network charges that are listed separately.
  • The final total and what changes would require a revised quote.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees. Ask us about discrepancies before payment. New prices displayed in the catalogue do not silently amend existing invoices or service agreements; changes to your service should be confirmed through the agreed process.
