From configuration request to confirmed service

The catalogue helps you describe what you want to order. The configuration request starts a discussion about availability, the final specification and the operating scope. It does not by itself create an active server or authorise an unconfirmed deployment.

Review the agreement

  • Check the plan reference, region, hardware or instance specification, storage and networking.
  • Confirm management, security, backup, migration and software-licence coverage.
  • Review recurring charges, setup fees, taxes, billing currency, commitment and delivery arrangements.
  • Keep the accepted quote and related invoice or ticket references for future questions.

If an invoice differs from the agreed quote, ask us to review it before making another payment. Your existing service is governed by its own agreed terms; a new catalogue listing does not automatically replace those terms or change an existing invoice.
